Join THE FUN

The Navigators Adaptive Track & Field Program is a high-impact, inclusive training environment where athletes of all abilities—whether just starting out or pursuing elite competition—can build confidence, strength, and lifelong skills through sport. With a focus on adaptive training, individualized coaching, and a strong team culture, we provide athletes with the tools and support needed to succeed both on and off the track.
Navigators athletes benefit from a passionate coaching staff focused on helping them reach their full potential. Training is personalized based on classifications, abilities, and goals, ensuring athletes progress at their own pace. The coaching philosophy promotes hard work, consistency, and community, creating a supportive and inspiring environment.
Athletes receive:
Event-specific training in wheelchair and ambulatory racing, sprints, distance, and field events
Strength and conditioning to improve performance and prevent injury
Technique development for pushing mechanics, racing strategy, and throwing form
Mental performance coaching, goal setting, and competition preparation

The Navigators Adaptive Track & Field Team welcomes athletes who:
Have a physical disability or mobility impairment
Are looking for a way to stay active
Are interested in training, fitness, or competitive track & field
Want to be part of a supportive adaptive sports community
Athletes of all ages and experience levels are welcome to participate.
We offer year-round training for athletes, both indoors and outdoors, with opportunities to compete in local, regional, and national events, including qualifying competitions for elite and Paralympic pathways.
